Art. 15 GDPR grants the user of this website the following rights:

The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request us to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Dietzel’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

If you think that the processing of your data violates data protection laws you can file a complaint with the competent regulatory body. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority

When contacting us using a form on this website or by e-mailing us, your data will be stored for six month to be able to process your request and related questions. We will not pass your data to third parties without your consent unless there are contradictory legal requirements or business obligations.

This website is hosted at Amazon Web Services, Inc („AWS“), 410 Terry Avenue North, Seattle WA 98109, USA. Your data is stored in a german data centre certified under ISO 27001, 27017 and 2018 and PCI DSS Level 1. Your data is encrypted automatically. More on AWS's data privacy policy can be found here.

AWS offers clients a data processing add-on, including model clauses, which was approved in 2015 by the EU Data Protection Authority known as the Article 29 Data Protection Working Party. This data processing addendum allows customers using AWS to transfer personal data from the EU to any country outside the EU, including the United States. More information can be found in the AWS GDPR Data Processing Addendum with standard contractual clauses, which is part of the AWS Terms of Service.

To protect your data, we use SSL-encryption. Encrypted transmissions can be indentified by the prefix "https://", wheras uncrypted pages use the prefix "http://". Data transmitted to an encrypted site cannot be read by third parties.

We use Google Analytics by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland. Google Analytics uses. „Cookies“, small files that are stored on your terminal device and save certain settings and data to exchange with our websites via your browser. Information processed by these cookies are normally stored on a Google server located in the US. This encounters certain risks, e. g. data access by US authorities. Before transmitting data to Google, IP addresses of users within the EU/EAA are anonymized. Google regularly uses the data transmitted to analyze how the website is used. You can prevent the storage of cookies on your computer by changing the settings of your browser. In this case you may not be able to use all functions provided by this site. Google has developed a browser plugin to prevent transmission of your data (including IP address) to Google Inc.

We send newsletters, e-mails and other electronic messages containing advertising information only with consent of the recipients or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Dietzel (Article 6 (1) GDPR and § 107 (2) and (3) TKG).

Our newsletters contain information on products, prices, our activities and our company and other important information such as legal or safety information.

The registration process uses the double opt-in method. A double opt-in adds an additional step to the email subscription process, requiring a user to verify their email address and confirm interest. We record this process to be able to prove compliance with data protection regulations. this means, that additional to the data provided by you we will record the time of registration and the time of confirmation and your IP address. Upon registration you agree to the measurement of opening rates of our newsletters and which links are clicked.

You can unsubscribe any time. An unsubscription link can be found in each newsletter. We can store unsubscribed e-mail addresses for three years to be able to prove prior consent.

For our newsletters we use Mailchimp of Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. Mailchimp's privacy policy can be found here. Mailchimp will store and process data in the United States of America, but in their privacy policy, including SCCs, guarantee the compliance with European data regulation standards. Upon registration you agree to the processing of your data in the United States of America.

Mailchimp uses anonymized data collected to optimize and improve their own services. Data will never be used to contact newsletter recipients directly.

n order to offer location-based functions, this website uses “Google Maps” of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google will process personal data which may include your device’s IP address and your location.Your data will be stored on a Google server in the US. Location data can only be processed if you granted permission to access, or actively provided your location data.

It is technically possible that Google uses personal data and user profiles for purposes we cannot control. As Google stores and processes your data in the United States of America, there are certain risks to be considered, e. g. data access by US authorities. You can deactivate Google Maps by deactivating JavaScript in your Browser. Please note that in this case you will not be able to use Google Maps on these pages.

The Austrian "HinweisgeberInnenschutzgesetz" (Whistleblower Protection Act) authorises whistleblowers or internal bodies to process personal data for the purposes specified therein, insofar as this is in the public interest in accordance with Section 8 (2) HSchG to prevent or punish violations of the law.

The following data subject rights standardised in the GDPR do not apply, but only as long as and insofar as this is necessary to protect the identity of a whistleblower:

• Right to be notified of a personal data breach

In principle, the processed data must be stored for five years from the last time it was processed or transmitted. In addition, personal data must be stored for as long as is necessary for administrative, civil or criminal investigations that have already been initiated. Log data on processing operations, such as changes, queries and transfers, must be retained for a further three years beyond the general retention obligation.
